Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. At the moment the AdWords API PHP Client Library is only compatible with PHP version 5.2.7 or higher. We are working on enabling support for older versions of PHP, and you can follow the progress here: http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/wiki/PhpCompatibility. Please add a comment to that page with the version of PHP you are using.
