Hi Bikram, Google provides a similar tool for free: the Search-Based Keyword Tool: http://www.google.com/sktool/. There is also a corresponding service in the v200909 API called TargetingIdeaService: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference/TargetingIdeaService.html.
