I have just switched over to v200909 and have the same issue as I store my credentials in web.config. Previously, the AdWordsUser class had a constructor to pass in headers created from data in web.config (or anywhere other than App.config). There does not appear to be an option to do this and we run into he issue described by letot.
What should I use as a workaround or does this need to be fixed to allow passing a header object in?
