Hi Allvin, The cause of the error was that you are trying to add a campaign without specifying a client account. MCC accounts cannot have campaigns of their own, so you must include a clientEmail header with your request.
It also appears that you are using your production credentials with the sandbox environment. Please read the following page about how to set your headers for the sandbox: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_sandbox.html#requestheaders.
