Hi Eric, In order to use the AdWords API you need to have an My Client Center (MCC) account and register for a developer and application token. To start the process, please visit the following URL and log in with your existing AdWords account (or MCC account if you already have one): https://adwords.google.com/select/ApiWelcome.
