Hi Abed, Our goal with the API is to deliver the same results as the AdWords Web Interface, and that seems to be true in this case. If the core AdWords functionality isn't working as you'd expect then please raise your issue on the AdWords forum ( http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdWords?hl=en ) where it can be better addressed.
