Actually, I was mistaken, attempting to duplicate a name in the AdGroupService would generate 'DUPLICATE_ADGROUP_NAME' reason. If attempting to reuse a campaign name in the CampaignService a 'DUPLICATE_CAMPAIGN_NAME' reason would be returned. However, the reason being returned through the ApiExceptionFault is 'UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR'.
