Hello Travis,

I'm sorry that you're running into this issue--I've been talking with
the engineering team over the past few days about the recent uptick in
instability with v200902, as we've noticed it in our internal calls as
well. As you say, the mutate() calls often are successful when it
comes to creating the objects, but an internal error is returned
instead of the expected response.

As for a user interface for viewing the contents of your Sandbox
accounts, the old standby is the APIlity Agua project:

  http://google-apility.sourceforge.net/agua.html

The Sandbox data is shared between the v13 and v200902 environments,
so Agua should show you items that you created with v200902.

Cheers,
-Jeff Posnick, AdWords API Team
