Okay! We're live with the impression share columns (exactMatchImpShare, impShare, lostImpShareBudget, and lostImpShareRank) in the documentation, and anyone interested in those columns should feel free to use them. You'll find them at the bottom of the list of optional columns for the Campaign report and a few other report types:
