In teh online keyword suggestion tool https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal I see a new 'Global Monthly Search Volume' column that replaces the Average Monthly Search Volume' column. The new one is the total worldwide search volume and not the locally and language targeted one a sthe old one was.
How is this implemented in the Adwords API?
