HI Joe, although you can't comment on whether specific functionality will or will not be added to a future release of the AdWords API, a lot of developers are asking for this exact match feature for the Adwords API, including myself.
Please can you discuss internally to add this to your roadmap, request list? An api should handle all features and this exact match data are vital for any serious Adwords bidding tool.
