Hello Rashmi, The error you're reporting is generic, and could be caused by any error condition that the SOAP service does not expect to occur. If you do get this error response in the future, I'd need you to retrieve the value of the requestId SOAP response header from the SOAP fault message you get back, and pass that requestId along. I can determine the underlying cause of the error by searching our logs for that requestId, and advise as to what steps you can take to resolve it.
