I would like to know more details about the Adwords API and whether or
not it would be a better choice for managing my client accounts than
my MCC:

I have seen an application called Adcore developed by a business in
Tel Aviv called Podium Advertising Technologies
http://podiumadtech.com/aboutUs.aspx
AdCore enables you to manage many aspects of your clients’ adwords
accounts such as the cpc that is charged to each client. Effectively
this application seem to be able to provide Google professionals with
the ability to add a profit margin to the cpc charged from Google for
each client account and then bill clients with this value added cpc.

Q. Would the application mentioned above be working through the
Adwords API system?

Q. Is this effectively the purpose of the Awords API, to enable
providers of Adwords services to manage aspects of a clients’ account
including the clients cost per click? If so does Google have any
regulations as to the amount of mark-up or profit margin that can be
added to the cpc of clients accounts through an API?

Q. If I was to develop a web application to interface with the Adwords
API would I effectively be able to control all costs charged to my
client such as cpc?

Any info will be great.

Cheers
