Hello, I am not exactly sure what your question is.
If you're asking what the valid values are for the maxCpc parameter of the KeywordRequest object (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/ developer/KeywordRequest.html#maxCpc) then I believe it's the same as the valid maxCpc bids that you could use for an ad group or keyword. Please note that the value you pass in is interpreted as micros of the basic unit of currency for your AdWords account. See http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_services.html#moneyunits for more information about how monetary values are represented in the AdWords API.
