Hello, Yes, that's been a long standing source of confusion for AdWords API developers. I think what most developers have done is code their applications to treat any of those three potential names as being the same and for the most part that should work fine. But I've asked the reports team for an explanation as to what the current logic is behind choosing between the three possible names. I'll let you know what I hear back.
