Thanks for the response, Geoff. I agree that the units should be
honoured. Surely a default would be '0' until the tokens are verified?
That is not confusing, doesn't give anyone false expectations.
Can you imagine if that while you were setting up your bank account
(or taking a loan) the balance was shown as £250,000 until 'someone in
the bank decides'. What kind of coder defaults to 250,000? Surely, 0
(or even -1 to show that it is 'not yet decided' - the interface could
then respond accordingly.

To Jeff, thank you for your apologies and taking the time to respond.
I do however think that just changing the interface is not enough in
this case. Especially as, in Geoff's case, decisions were made based
on the default number and no other information was given. I myself had
an internal agreement based on this number, so am in a more difficult
position because of this default, however do not have to report back
to management. The sandbox is very useful, but as I have been told on
this forum, it is not useful for ALL testing. (IE speed etc). So, this
means some testing needs to be done when a system goes 'live' - these
free units gave the impression that this would be possible.
