Hello, If/when you activate your AdWords API Developer token you need to agree to our terms and conditions, which provide the authoritative description of what you are allowed to do using the API. Assuming you've already gone through the process, you can review the terms and conditions by logging in to https://adwords.google.com/ using your MCC account's credentials, clicking on the "My Account" tab and then the "AdWords API Center" sub-tab. At the bottom of that page you'll see a link to view the AdWords API terms and conditions in a new window.
