Hello, Cross-client Structure reports are unfortunately not supported.
You could try running a cross-client Ad Group Performance Report (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/ adwords_api_report_adgroup.html) or run multiple Structure reports one at a time, each from the context of each sub-account.
