Hello Rafal, Based on those columns, I'm guessing that you're running a Structure report with aggregationType set to "Keyword"? If that's the case then I'm not surprised that you don't see any rows in your report corresponding to campaigns that don't contain any keywords.
You could try running a separate report with aggregationType set to "Campaign" and an appropriate set of columns and see if that would include all your campaigns.
