Thanks.  Do you know if there is a way to do it at the MCC level or
possibly somewhere in the Provisioning API?  Should I post on a
different board or is it simply impossible to change login information
using the API in general.

I really appreciate your help.  I have been trying to find a way to
help secure my clients information when account managers go home at
night.
