Hello Rickey, There a number of causes for that SOAP fault, and they are not related to code that was recently changed having to do with logins. Have you tried exercising your code against a newly created campaign/ ad group/etc. combination? Are you using the same clientEmail for all your requests?
I just tried creating a new campaign and ad group in the Sandbox and had no trouble with that. Also, today's Sandbox database refresh has not yet taken place, but it should within the next few hours, and at that point you'll once again have to recreated your campaign structure.
