Hello Adi,

 There shouldn't be any technical reason preventing you from adding
negative keywords. The error you're receiving implies that there is
bad XML somewhere in your request/response flow. You're not providing
enough information to fully determine what's going on, though.

 What type of SOAP client library are you employing? If you can turn
on logging of SOAP request/response messages and post exactly what
you're sending and receiving when this error occurs that would help
clear things up. When you post your SOAP logs, please X-out the
sensitive password and token information.
