 As with most APIlity questions, I'm going to refer to the APIlity
Google Group as the authoritative source of info:

That being said, it looks like the nusoap HTTP client object that
APIlity uses under the hood has a setHTTPProxy() method you could use
if you need to set a proxy. I'm not terribly familiar with APIlity's
codebase, and either someone else in this group or the APIlity
discussion group would be better able to explain how to get the
reference to the appropriate object from your code.
