Hello Doug, Are you trying to run a cross-client report, or requesting one of the columns marked here
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_report_keyword.html#aggr_KeywordDaily as only being valid when run from an MCC account? If you're just requesting a single-account Keyword report then I assume it would work, and it would be helpful to see the request and response XML (with your password and token information X-ed out) or to know the value of the requestId SOAP response header to debug further.
