Naruto 420 Well Sasuke wasn't able to go all out just from the start of the fight. He had to check how strong the 8tailed is first. Otherwise there would have been a high possibility to kill him in case he wasnt as strong as expected.
Sasuke had the advantage of his teammates fighting with him. But he also had to fight in a way to not kill the 8 tailed. Dunno what prevails. I also dont think that Naruto will get any information from konoha about pain attacking the village. Pein will ravage the village and kill a few nin while searching for naruto. He will figure out that naruto is at toad moutain when he fights vs tsunade.
