This is a larger issue here...I was using apility and have the same
issue...but my dev work is not based off apility...I apparently have
no clients.  That's why I get soap faults for basically "Client doesnt
exist" and cant populate them in apility either.

It would be really helpful if they would stick a gui on the sandbox.
They want to charge me I want some freaking service.
