Hello Tim, See the other active thread for more updates on this, but my understanding is that KeywordMinCPC shouldn't be going away as long as the AdWords API v12 is supported. The reports team is actively looking into what might have caused it to disappear from reports earlier today.
That being said, you should be able to get that information by including the KeywordTypeDisplay column in your Keyword reports. If your reports contain both Keyword and Website criteria, then the resulting report XML will include a kwSiteType column. You should be able to determine from that column's value whether it's a Keyword or a Website--Keywords will have a value in [Broad, Phrase, Exact] and Websites will be something else*.
