I noticed people have asked this question before, but I haven't seen a satisfactory answer.
My application organizes groups of keywords. It would be really nice to be able to sync this all to adwords without having to use individual soap calls for each keyword. Every response I've seen to this sort of question has indicated there is no programmatic way to upload adgroups without wasting your api call quota, or calling up people instead of computers.
