It might help someone.
To get everything in a definedReportJob, you have to remove this
parameters : keywordStatuses, keywords, keywordTypes and adWordsType
With this removed the report is complete.
It gives also ImageAd and contentOnly campaigns.
Documentation should be welcome for this strange behaviour.
