Hello, There is no direct integration between the AdWords API and any particular type of database, or particular database setup. The AdWords API provides access to AdWords data from a high-level programming language and then it is up to the developer to make use of that data as he or she sees fit--if you're able to write code to read and update your local database then you should be able to achieve the integration you're looking for.
