Hello Anil,

 I believe that you have control over what countries and languages are
targeted when using the web versions of the tools as well. Or,
depending on the options you choose, it may just use the targeting
choices for the current campaign.

 But the larger point is that comparing the results returned via the
AdWords API and various web tools doesn't make sense from a testing
perspective. The results are not going to be identical.
