Hello Simon, Conversion optimizer support was added in v12 of the AdWords API. Are you perhaps using v11 when making your getCampaignList() calls?
If you are, by the way, you're going to need to upgrade today--we will be shutting off support for v11 of the AdWords API tomorrow.
