I am setting up a new TSM for VE VBS server and first I got the standard BACLIENT set up to back up the VBS server itself (standard file level backup of the TSM for VE server). I then got the LANFREE working and was able do a test backup to the nodename used by the standard file level backup (of a VM which backed up LANFREE). The problem I am having is that when LANFREE is enabled I cannot authenticate. I put the new TSM for VE scheduler nodename into the BACLIENT DSM.OPT to set the password, but I could only set it if lanfree was off. In the DSM.OPT for the data mover scheduler service I have the same problem. If I turn off LANFREE it pulls a schedule and will probably back up tonight. If I turn on LANFREE it just logs that it can't prompt for PW as it is running in the background. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
