OK now that I have put a copy of the LIC file into the BACLIENT directory it looks like the GUI is working now (it gives me the incremental forever option). I guess maybe this is a feature it will only show you if it sees the license file? I have one of my co-workers downloading from the PPA now but that will take a while.
