Hi Julius, Mainly it's about having flashing lights and graphs and other easy-to-comprehend pages that give clients a feeling of being in control of the product. A lot of our customers have SVC/v7K's and the interface looks so similar that they instantly feel at home. Compared to the monstrosity that was ITM for TSM and even the Admin console people simply feel more comfortable and they get a clear understating of what is happening without having to decipher op-reports or a table full of numbers. Add to that the new VE interface (which is 95% of our customers) and the reports I'm getting back is that everything feels so much smoother and not held together with duct-tape and DB2.
For the life of me I can't remember where I got the idea I would be able to fully manage the TSM server (schedules, domains/mgmt./copy grps and a few other things) but that what I refer to when I say 'I thought I would be able to do more with Ops Center'. This isn't a major issue though - there are always ways around that.
