Hi Eric,

Does the cluster think the machine is down and performs a failover?

If so, you may need adjust the Cluster Heartbeat Settings.
You will see a number of google hits for the same thing with
VMware Exchange DAG cluster snapshots.

Some of the values VMware recommends changing are:
  * SameSubnetDelay
  * CrossSubnetDelay
  * CrossSubnetThreshold
  * SameSubnetThreshold
