Hallo Harold, besides using the ISC/TIP (which I know from the beginning) with the - "always" - happening browser/java problems (no fun), you should consider - or at least check - other TSM administrative product offerings like the Danish "TSM Manager" or the German/Austrian "Power Administrator for TSM" or may be other third party products.
Why: because the ISC/TIP is extremely resource intensive, JAVA dependent and missing some usability features. Yes, the mentioned third party tools cost an additional amount of money, but I think, they are worth it. At least, you should / can have a try with demo versions in order to make up your mind AND COMPARE! Maybe you should upgrade your Firefox and/or try Chrome?
