and paths are online.

Using IBM 3310 LTO tape library for copy storage pools with TSM 6.3 Had recent 
issues with tapes and we had 1 drive replaced. Now we have updated all the 
firmware and it appears that there aren't any tape issues but cant get the 
backup stgpool to work.
