Hi guys, We are having some issue whereby we are unable to checkin and checkout tapes in TSM. The scratch media we have in the library works quite well. It's just that it won't grab any tapes from the I/O bay nor place into the I/O bay.
I suspect it's got to do with a config for the I/O bay but not sure what to check. Library TS3310 OS Windows 2003 TSM 5.5 Thanks in Advance.
