I use DDs as a VTL. Works good, in the aggregate it is fast. It can restore faster the 1Gb Ethernet (no 10Gb yet), I have heard some people complain that the restore was slow, I have not experienced it being slow. Meets my needs. I do not use NFS and I do not replicate yet. The GUI needs lots of work, but I try to avoid it anyway.
