Thanks, Ray. We have been able to restore the mailbox with another tool, IBM's SMBR, once we mount the mailbox database. So, it is definitely in the database. As for where the email account resides when it is backed up, I'm not sure what you mean (sorry, not a Windows person).

TDP restores the proper mailbox database just fine (I can use other tools to extract the correct mailbox), but then complains that it can't find the mailbox in the database.
