Hello Wanda, You do not want to install Outlook on your Exchange Server.
Are you installing the following CDO MAPI? http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=e17e7f31-079a-43a9-bff2-0a110307611e&displaylang=en It should not be telling you that you need to install Outlook. If it is, I recommend that you place a call with Microsoft.
