I have a client that is currently TSM, but they are looking at alternative solutions and Iron Mountain is in there briefing on their CloudRecovery system and DPM. They are very interested in that whole "cloud" concept. Is anyone out there using some kind of "cloud" recovery service/ provider and TSM? We need to be able to counter and talk semi-intelligently about cloud backup offerings.
