Hi Xav, If you look in the redbook of TSM 6.1 then can you read more about DB2. In DB2 do you have Active-Passive cluster function that you can use and is supported by IBM.

There's a ton of documentation on using TSM clients with clustered servers, but as far as clustering the TSM server application itself I'm drawing a blank. It wasn't so hard with version 5 but version 6 doesn't seem to want to play ball - any advice sought. The specific need right now is for TSM 6.1 on Windows to be available on an active/passive cluster with auto failover and preferably support for mirroring of the SAN hosting the DB and log, but if there's people doing this with AIX/HACMP or Linux I'd be keen to hear their experiences. Many thanks Xav
