Hello, I saw that dsmc has a "dsmc backup was" command. (Platform is AIX.) As I have read, the TDP for Application Server's last version is 5.2. Is this backup method built in to the backup-archive clients?
When I try to run a "dsmc backup was xxx" command, it says: ANS9054E The plug-in was not found. Should something to be installed over the B/A client to use this function? (I did not see any TSM plugins earlier, the TDP products are providing the separate backup functions.) I would like to ask, does anyone have expirence with that backup method? If this works, what kind of files can be backup up with it? (custom things in the websphere: client jars, jdbc providers - are these backed up?), or does it run only a websphere backupConfig in the background?
