I am installing a Windows 7 workstation and have run across a problem with the admin command line. When I quit it sits for about 15 seconds before terminating. This is only a problem with a program I have the uses the command window to run various scripts, it now has to wait an extra 15 seconds for each one which can add up pretty quick. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
