software? where can I buy 3584 software? The 3584 is hardware all the way, just 
because the CE has no fix, doesn't mean that this defect should be fixed as a 
software issue, it's a firmware issue, and your CE should escalate to L3 
support, who will escalate to development. Ask your CE to reopen the PMR.
