Mario, About CCR vs. SCR vs. SCC. Ask your Exchange Admin. They will know. :-)
Microsoft does not support "legacy" backups from a CCR passive or SCR replicas. In order to perform a VSS backup from the passive node of a CCR cluster, you must either have TSM for Copy Services or FlashCopy Manager in order to the activate VSS backups feature.
