slightly delayed response... Things to check: - Make sure you are logging into the webclient with an TSM account that has access to the data. I login with my system-level administrator account just to be sure. - do you see the backups when you do a "q nasbackup" ? - Verify you have a TOC for the backup that you want (output from the q nasbackup) If you don't have a toc, it might be easiest to just "restore node" from the admin command line.
When we started using this, sometimes the TOC portion failed and we never were notified. We now use "toc=y" in our "backup node" commands to make absolutely sure we get one.
