The trick is maintaining ownership of the tapes. Once the library manager is moved you will need to checkin all of the tapes as private with the correct owner to the new library manager. This will include all the tapes not currently in the library. I am not sure how to remove the other server's tapes from the old library manager's volhist file without removing too much.
